Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A clear, sunny yellow stone is the first thing you notice: an oval cubic zirconia held in four slim prongs, so light reaches it from every side and it sparkles as you move. The pendant is compact, 11.5 mm long and 9 mm wide, an easy colour accent on a fine chain, worn alone or layered with other gold-tone pieces.
