Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

One large white cubic zirconia, 15 mm across, is turned on its point so it reads as a diamond shape, and held in an open four-prong setting that lets light pass through the stone from behind. The metal is kept smooth and mirror-bright, so nothing competes with the sparkle. The pendant is 23 mm long including the bail. Choose the cool silver-tone platinum plating or the warm 18K gold plating; both are hypoallergenic and do not tarnish or darken from water. A classic piece that suits a fine chain, a V-neck and evening wear.
