Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A slim oval outline is left open, and small cubic zirconia are set along it off-centre, as if scattered, so the pendant looks light and a little unexpected rather than symmetrical and formal. Through the open centre you see skin or fabric, which keeps it airy on a fine chain. It is 26 mm long, a comfortable size for everyday wear with a shirt, a round-neck top or a simple dress. The 18K gold plating is hypoallergenic, does not tarnish and does not darken from water.
