Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A glossy black ceramic rim frames a rosette of sparkling white cubic zirconia, a crisp contrast of dark and bright in a small round shape. The earrings measure just 11 mm, so they sit neatly on small earlobes and stay comfortable from morning to night. A leverback clasp holds them securely. The metal parts are finished in platinum plating with a cool silver tone; the plating is hypoallergenic, does not tarnish and does not darken from water, and the ceramic is light and hard-wearing.
