Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A snake winds in a spiral inside a teardrop outline, and white cubic zirconia give the whole piece a quiet sparkle. The snake is one of the oldest motifs in jewellery, traditionally associated with wisdom, renewal and protection, and here it is treated in a light, modern way rather than a dark one. At 27 mm the pendant is noticeable but not heavy, and it suits both a daytime shirt and an evening neckline.
