Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A black ceramic square with softly rounded corners sits inside a gold-plated frame, with white cubic zirconia running along the edges and sparkling again at the centre. The mix of black, warm gold tone and bright stones looks graphic and polished rather than loud. The earrings are 28 mm long and hang from leverback clasps that close securely.
