Delivery information

Free delivery on orders over €150.

Courier delivery takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A faceted Swarovski crystal heart shimmers with every colour of the rainbow, and a border of tiny white cubic zirconia traces its outline. The Austrian crystal is cut to catch the light, so the heart flashes blue, pink and yellow as you move. This gold heart pendant necklace has a fine Venetian chain, and the metal has 18K gold plating with a warm, slightly reddish tone. At 40 cm the pendant sits at the base of the neck, at 45 cm on the collarbones. The plating is hypoallergenic, won't tarnish or darken in water and lasts well with everyday wear. A romantic gift for her birthday or Valentine's Day.
