Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A teddy bear's face is paved with small white cubic zirconia, with two black stones for eyes and a smooth, polished snout that breaks up the sparkle. At 40 mm long and 30 mm wide it is a noticeable pendant, so it works best on its own on a plain chain over a T-shirt, a jumper or a simple dress. The 14K gold plating has a light yellow tone; it does not tarnish or darken from water and sits on a hypoallergenic medical gold base.
