Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Interlocking curb links give this 2.8 mm chain a neat, even shine that looks just as good on its own as with a pendant. Choose from four lengths: 45 cm sits just below the collarbones, 50 cm rests on the chest at the bottom of a V-neck, and 55 or 60 cm hangs below the bust line, ideal for layering. A sturdy lobster clasp keeps it closed. The design is unisex, so it works for men and women alike. The 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free medical-alloy base does not tarnish or darken from water and lasts a long time with normal wear.
