Delivery information

Free delivery on orders over €150.

Courier delivery takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A Venetian box chain in two tones, where gold-tone and silver-tone sections alternate along its length. Small polished beads sit between them, also alternating gold-tone and silver-tone. The gold tone comes from gold plating and the silver tone from platinum plating, over a medical gold base.

It circles the base of the neck and rests just above the collarbones. It fastens with a round gold-tone clasp.
