Why medical steel
We didn't choose a steel base because it's cheaper, but because it's more durable and kinder to the skin. Most of our pieces have a 316L steel base: see our guide to jewellery materials.
It means you can wear a piece every day without worrying that it will be ruined within a week.
Why gold plating, not solid gold
A gold tone at a fashion-jewellery price lets you change your look as often as you like. For the price of one solid gold piece you could have five different ones, and that is exactly what we want to offer.

No. It is gold-plated fashion jewellery on a medical steel base, and we never pretend otherwise.
How long does your jewellery last?
It depends on the piece and how you look after it. Earrings and pendants generally last longer than rings and bracelets.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
In most cases, yes. Being kind to the skin is one of the reasons we chose a steel base.
